Colt Single Action Army .38 WCF 7.5" 6-Shot. First generation. Manufactured in 1916. Nice case colors visible all over. Hard rubber grips show honest wear and some chips.
Markings:
"332185" - serial number. Stamped in 3 places: on the frame under the cylinder, front of the trigger guard, bottom of grips.
"38 W.C.F" - left side of barrel.
"COLT'S PT.F.A.MFG.CO. HARTFORD CT. U.S.A" - top of barrel.
"PAT SEPT 19 1871.
JULY2 72JAN.19.75" - left side of the frame under the cylinder. The Colt Pony is located to the right of this stamp.
